Information we collect
The enquiry form collects the details needed to understand and answer a roofing request.
- Name, telephone number and, if provided, email address.
- Postcode, service selected and the details you choose to include about the roof or property.
- Basic technical information processed in normal website security and hosting logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request.
How and why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss the work requested, prepare or manage a quotation, arrange work where agreed, and keep appropriate business records. This is normally necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract once work is agreed, or for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.
We do not sell enquiry data. We will only use contact details for marketing where you have made a separate, clear choice to receive it.
How long we keep it
Once enquiry delivery is enabled, requests that do not lead to work would normally be kept for up to 12 months. Quotation, contract and work records may be kept for up to six years where needed for accounting, tax, contract or legal purposes. We delete or securely anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
